London ( adverse-credit-debt-consolidation ) July, 26 2006: According to a recent survey, majority of UK residents are ok with the amount of debt they have borrowed. Credit history firm MyCallCredit observed that nine in ten people were comfortable with their debt burden, one in five were planning to reduce their debts by borrowing debt consolidation loan or through any other debt reducing method. The study revealed that young people were not hopeful about their financial future, whereas part time workers were most likely to be rescued from their debts.
MyCallcredit director Alison Nicholson said that debts only became a problem for people when they were unable to repay and majority of UK residents could pay it .Nevertheless, one in four people between 16 and 24 expected their situation to get worse. One in seven unemployed people expected more of their income to be spent on unsecured debt repayments over a year's time.
So, young and unemployed people are most likely to fell in debt trap and they may consider taking out a debt consolidation loan.
